When this lead first came through our system, there was an immense amount of assurance that it was going to be a great lead for one of our clients. After our second confirmation call we solidified their reason for selling, along with the potential this property would have for a listing agent. The owner knew they would have to make some renovations and were prepared. Their home was beautiful and located on a spacious 40 acre ranch... with a private airplane hangar and landing strip! This ranch is an incredible find, it has a comfortable, cozy charm that would make this a hot listing for the agent we sent this lead to.
