He will be moving out into the countryside and already has a place to go. I asked if he would consider interviewing you and he said he would. He wants to know the DOM for homes in his area and would like to know what he can expect when working with you.

He is on Title and is not contractually engaged with a realtor. He initially was going to hold off selling until values came back up so he'll be wanting to hear what you have to say about that.
