We are calling this case study the "silver platter lead". We generated this lead who not only confirmed their interest in selling their home, but already have a buyer hooked and ready! She expects to set up a site visit for a mutually convenient time for after Feb 20th. She would like a market analysis/property valuation. They've owned this property since 1997.

They are now decluttering and preparing their property for the market. No major upgrades or renovations been made but they have build a 12x16 2-storey shed house; on top is a playground while a stock room beneath it and also some big swings.
